As a member, you join a dedicated group of individuals committed to opposing the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project and supporting our mission to protect and preserve the natural beauty and private lands in Maryland including protecting homes, natural landscapes, farmland, supporting farmers and landowners, and maintaining the region's agricultural heritage, food security, and rural economy.
We have Individual, Family, and Corporate Memberships in our membership campaign. We will devote your membership dues to hiring the experts (to include legal, health, environmental, engineering and government relations) and maintaining the organizational infrastructure (to include website, insurance, printed materials) we need to fight the destruction of our homes, farms, and way of life across Baltimore, Carroll, and Frederick Counties. At this time (July 2024), our all-volunteer board and many, many other volunteers are graciously giving their time and energy to the effort. The Board has not discussed hiring any staff for the organization. If that changes, we will communicate with all supporters and members of the organization and the public, at large.
