Stop MPRP, Inc.
fIfFunds raised for Stop MPRP, Inc. are primarily devoted to the legal fees associated with the Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC) CPCN process. We also utilize these donations to pay for our limited administrative expenses like printed materials, website hosting, and email accounts for our volunteers. Stop MPRP, Inc. remains an all-volunteer organization.
Stop MPRP, Inc. engaged Carolyn Elefant to represent the organization and our members. We have been granted "intervenor" status by the Maryland PSC and will be fully participating in the permit process and proceeding to prevent the MPRP from being approved.

Landowner Defense Fund
Please donate to help Maryland landowners defend property rights. We are fighting now three lawsuits filed against landowners in federal court that allows the developer access to private property before the project has been approved.
The Landowner Legal Defense Fund is organized by The Institute for Preservation and Progress (TIPP), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Every dollar goes directly to landowner defense.
