Funds raised for Stop MPRP, Inc. are primarily devoted to the legal and expert witness fees associated with the Maryland Public Service Commission CPCN process. We also utilize these donations to pay for our limited administrative expenses like printed materials, website hosting, and email accounts for our volunteers. Stop MPRP, Inc. remains an all-volunteer organization.
PSEG has filed a federal lawsuit against over 100 Maryland landowners, seeking court-ordered access to private property for survey work tied to the proposed Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project (MPRP). The Landowner Defense Fund was created to provide legal support to those named in the lawsuit and to protect the rights of all landowners facing unjust pressure from this project.
